During your initial visit, you will complete a new patient questionnaire which asks about current and past health and living habits. Next, you will meet with one of our highly-trained weight loss and anti-aging doctors to review your health history, perform testing, (which includes a physical) and receive consultation.

If it is likely that you could benefit from treatment, you will undergo saliva, urine, and/or blood sampling which will reveal the levels of nutrients and hormones present. This testing will tell if your blood chemistry is accelerating the process of weight gain and aging.

Between the first and second appointments, your lab test will be analyzed and assessed. During your second visit, the test results will be given and the doctor will carefully explain the findings to you. We will suggest an action plan and your treatment will begin immediately!

To ensure your treatment is producing the desired results, your doctor will schedule follow-up visits with you. Keep in mind that everyone is different, and no one size (dose of medicine) fits all. The correct amount of weight loss or hormone replacement is determined based on laboratory results, individual goals, severity of symptoms, age, gender, and body size. Once the patient and doctor have determined that the treatment is working, the amount of follow-up visits tapers off.

Personalized Treatment Plan

Following your diagnostic evaluation, AMI will create a personalized treatment plan. Treatment plans are designed according to the status of your current biochemical and bioenergetic health, and your personal health goals. Your personalized treatment plan will include the following therapies:

• A detoxification and drainage program to gently eliminate toxins using herbs, homeopathy, and other modalities.
• Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and BioIdentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), with individualized prescriptions to be filled by a compounding pharmacist.

Follow-up Appointments

After your first visit, a follow up appointment will normally be scheduled in 3-4 weeks. For people who have traveled long distances, we will arrange follow up visits and treatment on an individual basis.
