How does the Laser Wrinkle Reduction Work?
The 1064nm NDYag laser is used to gently warm the deeper layers or dermal layer of the skin, without injuring the upper layers or epidermal layer. The results are subtle after each individual treatment, but noticeable improvement is usually seen by the third or fourth treatment. Mild redness may be seen for up to several hours after treatment, but other side effects, such as bruising, burning, or excessive skin irritation, are not a concern with the Laser Photo.
Do I need to do anything before the Laser Wrinkle Reduction Treatment?
Tanning (including self-tanners) should be avoided for at least 2-3 weeks before and 1 week after each treatment. The face should also be free of any makeup or heavy or scented creams prior to treatment. Exfoliating creams, such as Retinoic or glycolic acid, should be discontinued for about 2 days prior as well.
How long does Laser Wrinkle Reduction Treatment take?
The procedure usually takes about 45 minutes for a full face treatment, but at times can vary according to the size of the areas being treated.
What will I feel?
A gentle warming sensation over the area is felt during the treatment. The skin may feel a little tighter and look slightly red after the treatment; however this is just temporary....

How many treatments are required?
On average, 4 to 6 sittings may be required in order to achieve the desired results. Some people require more then 4-6 depending on the condition of their skin. Touch up treatments may also be required after some sittings.
How long do the results last?
It varies from person to person. The improvement is generally permanent; however it does not reverse the aging process. How long the effect lasts for generally depends on the care been taken for your skin between treatments.
